1. INTRODUCTION

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the website, its related sites, services, sub-domains, apps, and tools (collectively, the "Website"). Al Nasser (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") owns and operates the Website. We provide the Website as a service ("Service") to allow users to browse and order products and other goods or services ("Products").
By using the Website, you (the "user" or "you") acknowledge that your use is subject to these Terms, including any hyperlinked sections like the Privacy Policy. Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website.

2. USER ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION
To access certain features, including receiving online store credit and redeeming eGift cards, you may register and create a password-protected account ("Account"). Your Account is personal and non-transferable. However, account registration is not required to make purchases - you may checkout as a guest.
If you register, you are a "Registered User." You must be above the legal age to purchase products in Saudi Arabia and provide true and accurate information during registration. Parents or guardians of minors may permit minor use of the Account but remain fully liable for all activity under the Account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and password and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account. Contact us immediately if you have concerns or become aware of any misuse.
3. AMENDMENTS TO THIS USER AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on ksa.alnasser.net with the effective date. It is your responsibility to read the Terms each time you use the Website. Your continued access or use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
4. ORDER & DELIVERY
4.1 Placing Orders
As a Registered or Guest User, you may order and purchase Products. You agree to pay the full amount for the Products as indicated during the order process. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion.
Important: Orders with incomplete addresses or phone numbers, or orders placed using Apple Pay, may experience delays as our delivery team may encounter issues locating or contacting you. Please ensure all contact information is complete and accurate.
4.2 Order Acknowledgment
Once you place an order on the Al Nasser Online Shopping Store, we will send you an order acknowledgment email outlining the details of your order. This email is not a confirmation or acceptance of your order and does not grant any rights or impose any obligations on us.
4.3 Order Confirmation
The order confirmation stage shows your final order details. Order completion occurs upon dispatch of the Products if you have paid by card, subject to receiving full payment. We may not retain order details for you to access later. Contact us for specific details of your previous orders.
4.4 Pricing and Transmission Errors
We may encounter errors in pricing or transmission during the order process. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues and have full discretion in determining the appropriate resolution. The price you pay is the price displayed on the Website at the time we receive your order, with exceptions for errors. If we discover an error, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
4.5 Weight and Volume Discrepancies
If the products in your order are of different weights or volumes than requested, you will only be charged for the actual weight or volume of the items delivered to you.
4.6 Order Amendments and Cancellations
To cancel or amend your order, contact Al Nasser customer support. We offer hassle-free cancellations and modifications. Due to shipment and delivery processes, any amendments must be submitted before the delivery dispatch. We reserve the right to impose additional charges if your cancellation or amendment results in extra costs.
If you make an error while placing your order, notify us within 24 hours and we will correct it, provided you have not already received or benefited from the product.
4.7 Delivery Areas
Products are only delivered within Saudi Arabia.
4.8 Delivery Timeframes
Our standard delivery schedule is as follows:
- Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (KSA time) to major cities.
- 2–4 Business Days: For other regions across Saudi Arabia.
- Equipment Requiring Installation: Delivery times vary and will be communicated separately.
- No Deliveries on Fridays: We do not make deliveries on Fridays (weekend).
- Business Days: Saturday through Thursday.
We aim to deliver within the estimated delivery window, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any anticipated delay or circumstance affecting delivery of your order. In accordance with Article 14 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law, if delivery is delayed by more than 15 days beyond the agreed date, and the delay is not caused by force majeure, you may cancel the order and receive a refund of the amounts you paid.
4.9 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are applied as follows:
- FREE Delivery with Assembly — Eastern Region: Orders containing products requiring installation destined for Eastern Region cities qualify for free shipping with full assembly service included.
- FREE Delivery — Orders of 100 SAR or more: Orders with a total of 100 SAR or above (excluding products requiring installation) receive free shipping to all regions of Saudi Arabia.
- Standard Shipping — Orders below 100 SAR: Orders below 100 SAR are subject to a shipping fee calculated based on order weight and destination.
- Home Delivery — Other Regions: Orders containing products requiring installation destined for cities outside the Eastern Region are subject to a shipping fee based on order weight. Assembly service is not included.
- Service Availability: Home Delivery service may not be available in all regions. If your area is not currently covered, our customer service team will assist you with available options.
Exact shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
4.10 Delivery Address
We deliver to the address you provide at checkout, or to an address saved in your account's address book if you are a Registered User. Please make sure the address and phone number are complete and accurate. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, or if no one is present at the designated address to receive the delivery, you may be responsible for the redelivery charges to the correct address.
4.11 Delivery Completion
Upon the successful delivery of the order to the designated address, we shall be exempt from any further liabilities related to the delivery. The order is deemed delivered once you or any person at the designated address receives it, or when it is placed in your delivery box or any other designated location.

5.1 Payment Methods
Payment can be made by the following methods:

- Tabby — buy now, pay later / instalments
- Tamara — buy now, pay later / instalments

Card and wallet payments are processed through our payment gateway, TAP Payments.
Buy now, pay later: Tabby and Tamara are independent providers. Approval, instalment schedules, and any fees they charge are governed by your agreement with that provider. Where an order paid through Tabby or Tamara is refunded, the refund is returned to the provider and applied to your instalment plan, not paid to you directly by Al Nasser.
All prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT).
5.2 Payment Process
We receive payment from your credit or debit card ("Card") at the time we receive your order, after we have checked your Card details. Products are supplied subject to availability. In the event we are unable to supply the Products, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
5.3 Card Security
To ensure the highest level of card security, we may direct you to secure payment gateways such as Mada, MasterCard Internet Gateway Service (MIGS), and TAP Payments. These gateways are equipped with advanced security protocols to protect your information. During the payment process, you may be required to enter your Card details, which are encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. Additionally, we may validate your information against third-party databases to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud. You consent to these checks, which will not affect your credit rating. All information is treated securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5.4 Responsibility for Transactions
Responsibility for verifying the Customer and Customer's Card Information and authorizing the transaction lies with the respective payment gateway and/or issuer bank. Al Nasser is not liable for any losses due to fraudulent transactions.
5.5 Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage and title to Products pass to you upon delivery at the confirmed address or on the date of first attempted delivery, subject to us having received full payment.
6. REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Al Nasser Online. To ensure our customers are shopping with confidence, Al Nasser offers the following refund policy:
6.1 Return Period
You may return items for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
6.2 Refunds Only
We do not offer exchanges online. If you would like a different size, colour or product, you may exchange it at any Al Nasser store in Saudi Arabia within 7 days of the delivery date, or return the item for a refund and place a new order.
6.3 Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original labels and tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
- Your order number or receipt must be provided.
- Items must be returned in the same market in which they were purchased. Orders placed on ksa.alnasser.net can only be returned in Saudi Arabia.
- Items purchased at a reduced price during a sale or promotion may be returned on the same terms.
- Products will be refunded only for the amount stated on the order confirmation email.
6.4 Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect:
- Lingerie
- Undergarments
- Accessories
- Cosmetics
- Toiletries
- Swimming Goggles
6.5 Sports Equipment, Swimming Pools and Installed Products
6.5.1 Delivery and assembly
- Eastern Province — delivery is free and includes full assembly by our team.
- Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, Qassim, Asir, Tabuk, Hail, Jazan and Al Jawf — delivery is charged from 85 SAR (first 40 kg, then 1 SAR per additional kg). Assembly is not included; you are responsible for assembling the product.
- Northern Borders, Najran and Al Baha — we do not currently deliver installed or Home Delivery products to these regions. Please contact customer service on 920012469 for options.
- Delivery times for these products vary by item and are confirmed with you separately; they are not covered by the standard next-day or 2–4 day schedule.
6.5.2 Inspect before you sign
Please inspect the product in the presence of the delivery team before signing for it. Once the delivery is signed for, transit damage becomes difficult to establish.
6.5.3 Reporting a problem — 72 hours
Any incorrect delivery, missing part, transit damage or apparent manufacturing defect must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery, on 920012469 or online@alnasser.net, so that we can inspect it. Reports made after 72 hours may be handled under the warranty terms in Section 8 instead.
6.5.4 Returns
- Once assembled or installed by our team, these products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect. This is because assembly merges components that cannot be restored to their original condition — see Article 11(c) of the Implementing Regulations of the Saudi E-Commerce Law.
- If the product has been delivered but not assembled, not used, and remains in its original sealed packaging, you may still return it within the period set out in Section 6.1. The cost of collection is charged on the same basis as delivery (from 85 SAR for these products) and deducted from your refund.
- If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we collect it and repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, and refund your original delivery charge.
- Swimming pools that have been filled or inflated, and any product that has been used, assembled or installed, cannot be returned or refunded. Once a product has been used or benefited from, the right of return no longer applies. Any claim after that point is limited to the warranty stated in Section 8 — and a number of these products carry no warranty, as set out there. Please therefore inspect the product fully and report any problem within 72 hours, before filling, inflating, assembling or using it.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation is not a manufacturing defect. Damage or failure resulting from assembly or installation carried out by you or by anyone other than our authorised team, from over-filling or incorrect water treatment, from use of unsuitable chemicals, from placement on unsuitable or uneven ground, from exceeding the stated weight or capacity limits, or from any other misuse, is not covered and is not grounds for a return, refund or warranty claim.
6.5.5 Warranty
Warranty coverage for these products varies by item and is set out in full in Section 8. Not all products carry a warranty — please check the product page before purchasing.
6.5.6 What voids cover
Warranty and return rights are lost if the product is damaged, misused, modified, assembled incorrectly by you or a third party, or tampered with by anyone other than our authorised team. The original invoice must be presented.
6.6 How to Return
Start your return at online.alnasser.net/ksa/returns-portal, or log in to your account on our website or app. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in any of the emails we sent about your order. You can also call 920012469 or email online@alnasser.net.
Two options are available:
- Return to any Al Nasser store — FREE. Bring the items and your order number to any Al Nasser store in Saudi Arabia. This is always free, whatever the reason for the return.
- Courier collection — charged. We will arrange for a courier to collect the package from the address of your choice. You do not need to print a label; the courier brings it. The collection fee is calculated on the same basis as our delivery charges — by the weight of the parcel and your city — and is deducted from your refund. The exact amount is shown before you confirm the return request. Free-delivery thresholds do not apply to returns.
When the return is our fault, collection is free. If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we arrange and pay for the collection and refund your original delivery charge in full.
Note: All returns and refunds are processed by our Online Team. While you may return items at our stores or hand them to assigned drivers, store personnel and drivers have no authority regarding the outcome of the request. All decisions will be communicated to you by the Online Team.
6.7 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund you to the original payment method within 14 days. Delivery charges you paid on the original order are not refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Orders paid with Tabby or Tamara are refunded to that provider, which will adjust or cancel your remaining instalments. Refunds for orders paid with online store credit or an eGift card are returned as store credit.
6.8 Customer Support
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the Al Nasser customer support unit.
6.9 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 13 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law you may withdraw from your purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, provided you have not used the product or otherwise benefited from it. To exercise this right, submit a request through our returns portal, or contact us on 920012469 or online@alnasser.net. We will refund you to the original payment method. Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, you bear the cost of returning the product — this is free if you return it to any Al Nasser store, or charged at the rate set out in Section 6.6 if you ask us to collect it. This statutory right does not apply to the products listed in Sections 6.4 and 6.5, or in the other cases set out in Article 13(2) of the Law and Article 11 of its Implementing Regulations. The refund policy above applies the same 7-day period, measured from the date you receive the order.
7. ONLINE PROMOTIONS
Online discount and promotional sales apply to Products designated as such on the Website. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the product page or during checkout.
Common online promotions include:
- Discount Codes: These codes provide a percentage or fixed amount discount on your purchase when entered at checkout.
- Limited-Time Offers (LTOs): These promotions offer special prices or deals for a limited time, such as flash sales or weekend sales.
- Clearance Sales: These sales offer reduced prices on products that Al Nasser wants to sell out of stock.
- Free Shipping Promotions: These promotions waive delivery charges for orders that meet a minimum spend requirement.
- Bundle Offers: These promotions offer a discounted price when you purchase multiple products together.
Al Nasser reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel any online promotion at any time without prior notice. We will use reasonable efforts to update the Website with any changes to promotions.
8. WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
8.1 Warranty for Home Use
Treadmill - Sports Art Models
Two-year motor warranty, six months on PCB Board, running belt, and console.
Treadmill - All Other Brands
One-year motor warranty, six months on PCB Board, running belt, and console.
Massagers (Vibrator)
Three-month comprehensive warranty.
Bike, Elliptical Bike, Stepper, Rowing Machine, and GYM Equipment & Accessories
No warranty.
8.2 Warranty for Club Use
- Treadmill: One-year comprehensive warranty
- Bike: One-year comprehensive warranty
- Elliptical Bike: One-year comprehensive warranty
- Stepper: One-year comprehensive warranty
- Rowing Machine: One-year comprehensive warranty
- Massager (Vibrator): One-year comprehensive warranty
- GYM Equipment & Accessories: One-year comprehensive warranty
8.3 Warranty for Sports & Games
- Pool Table: Adjustments and balancing available upon special request
- Air Hockey: Three-month warranty for the fan only
- Basketball Stand: No warranty
- Soccer Table (Baby Foot): No warranty
- Trampoline: No warranty
- Table Tennis: No warranty
- Swimming Pool: No warranty
8.4 Warranty Terms & Conditions
- For sports equipment and installed products, any incorrect delivery or apparent manufacturing defect must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery so that we can inspect and resolve it. This reporting requirement is separate from, and does not shorten, the return period set out in Section 6.
- The warranty becomes void if the product is damaged, misused, or tampered with by unauthorized personnel.
- The warranty applies to products purchased from Al Nasser. For branded products, warranty terms are those provided by the manufacturer.
- The original invoice must be presented to validate the warranty.
- Where goods have been repaired or are awaiting collection, we will contact you to arrange collection or delivery. If the goods remain uncollected one month after we notify you, we reserve the right, after a further written reminder, to resell the product and refund you its value after deducting reasonable storage and handling costs of up to 20% of the invoice value.
8.5 General Warranty Information
Warranty will be provided for certain purchased products (based on the terms mentioned in the product descriptions in each case) against defects that occur after purchase. The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design, and workmanship.
Warranty obligations are limited to repair of the defective product, replacement of the defective part, or replacement or refund according to the market price of the product itself (such decision at Al Nasser discretion).
Not all products are covered by the warranty. Always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You acknowledge that all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights in all materials on the Website belong to us or our licensors. You are only permitted to use this material as expressly authorized by us or our licensors.
Product names, trade names, service names, taglines, or logos ("Marks") are trademarks owned by or licensed to Al Nasser. You may not use any Marks without our prior written consent, except to identify Products or Services originating from Al Nasser.
The Website material and content are available for your personal non-commercial use only. You may download such material only for using the Website. You agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works of such material and content.
The Website may provide a way for Registered Users to post reviews, comments, questions, suggestions, or other information ("User Content"). You warrant that any User Content submitted by you is original and does not infringe on the copyright of others. 10. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
Al Nasser does not warrant that the Website or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays, omissions, interruptions, and/or inaccuracies in materials or Services available through our website.
We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or non-infringement of any content on the Website or Services available through it.
Although Al Nasser takes reasonable steps to prevent viruses, worms, or other malicious code, we do not represent or warrant that the Website, Services, Products, or materials are free from such features. We are not liable for any damage or harm attributable to such features.

13.1 Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint, contact us at online@alnasser.net or 920012469, or use the chat on our website. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the Ministry of Commerce through the Balagh platform or by calling 1900.
